Jenny has gained over 30 years’ experience in managing property. She is a member of the ARLA Propertymark advisory board, and ARLA qualified. She became owner of ETC in 2002 and developed block management and holiday rental divisions to the company’s core residential lettings business.

Siobhan Trimming Lettings Team

Siobhan is adept at property inventories and the checkout process, she is currently training for her Propertymark qualifications.

Jo Mathews Lettings Team

Jo’s background in administration and has been a team member since 2023. Her key strength is matching tenants to properties. Jo is a keen photographer.

Stephanie Devlin Finance Team

Steph has worked with Eaton-Terry Clark for 15 years in lettings, block management, holiday rentals and corporate finance and compliance. She is key to the smooth running of the business and her knowledge across all sectors supports the whole team.

Julie Parker Finance Team

Julie has worked in lettings and finance for Eaton-Terry Clark for over 9 years, building up excellent relationship with landlords and tenants. She is Propertymark qualified and has extensive knowledge of the industry.
